Core Restore Yoga-Mat Pilates:
Walk taller, feel stronger! This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.
BASE Camp Advanced:
Balance Advanced Strength Exercises (Camp) is a class that improves posture and upper body strength using dumbbells and lower body strength using dynamic movement, static holds and cardio

BASE Camp Basic
This class improves posture and upper body strength using dumbbells and lower body strength using dynamic movement, static holds.
Cardio & Strength
Improve the strength of your total body with resistance training utilizing dumbbells and lower body weight exercises, including plyometrics for cardio
Power Yoga & Pilates
Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness.
The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture. The aim is to perform exercises that tone the whole body so that alignment and body awareness is improved.
Traditional yoga poses are also taught in order to increase joint mobility and improve muscle flexibility to increase suppleness and reduce tension. The best of both worlds
Power Yoga
Beat Stress, Weigh Less: Calorie-Burning Yoga workout de-clutter your brain while trimming your arms, abs, glutes and thighs. These moves will slim you down and bliss you out. You'll feel how much more toned you get with these dynamic moves, but all the Zen of Yoga is still there.
